"Paranoid Android" limited edition print by Jack Blam

£75.00
Sold Out

A limited edition screenprint on a giclée print, signed and numbered by Jack Blam. Created for Film Club, an exhibition at Atom Gallery, November 2026.

Sci-fi films have had a huge influence on Jack Blam as an artist, and Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner (1982) sits at the top of his list. For Jack, the film’s themes have only become more poignant over the years, with the rise of AI and “continual capitalist greed”. He wanted to pay homage to the film, for its visual mastery and lasting political relevance, told through the character of Rachael.

Jack combined hard-edged graphic design, made with spray paint and screen print, with a hand-drawn portrait. Once produced as a giclée print, he hand-screen-printed a final layer over the top, adding graphics and iconography from the film.
