All orders are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and packed in sturdy cardboard tubes.
We typically dispatch orders within 2–3 days of receipt. Delivery times depend on 1) your selected shipping service (e.g. Standard or Next Day Delivery) and 2) your location (e.g. within the UK or Europe).

Yes. You can return any item for any reason within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure your item reaches us within 28 days of receipt and is in its original condition.
Once we receive the return, we’ll issue a full refund, including the initial postage cost.

Inform us of any damage, with supporting photographs, within 14 days of receiving the item and we will replace if possible or refund.

Yes. For orders shipped from the UK to Europe, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by their local authorities as a result of Brexit.
No. All prices and shipping fees shown at checkout exclude customs duties and import taxes. These charges are set by your local customs office and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

No. Original artworks and prints are exempt from U.S. import duties under Chapter 97, Heading 9702.
(Please note: works involving mechanical or digital processes may not qualify. Check the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website for details.)
Please be aware that new customs regulations (effective Aug 29, 2025) mean that all US orders now extra charges. These are charged by US Customs, not us, and you will need to pay them to receive your package. We recommend checking the the official government site so you aren't surprised by any extra costs
