  • All orders are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and packed in sturdy cardboard tubes.

  • We typically dispatch orders within 2–3 days of receipt. Delivery times depend on 1) your selected shipping service (e.g. Standard or Next Day Delivery) and 2) your location (e.g. within the UK or Europe).

FAQ | Returns

  • Yes. You can return any item for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

  • Please ensure your item reaches us within 28 days of receipt and is in its original condition.

  • Once we receive the return, we’ll issue a full refund, including the initial postage cost.

  • Inform us of any damage, with supporting photographs, within 14 days of receiving the item and we will replace if possible or refund.

FAQ | USA Shipping Information

  • No. Original artworks and prints are exempt from U.S. import duties under Chapter 97, Heading 9702.
    (Please note: works involving mechanical or digital processes may not qualify. Check the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website for details.)

  • Don’t worry — we cover the 10% tariff ourselves.
    We believe art should cross borders freely, so you won’t pay a penny extra.
