"Mushroom Cloud" A Series of Twelve Original Ceramic Plates by Haus of Lucy

A series of twelve original ceramic plates by Haus of Lucy, exhibited at the FILM CLUB show (7 – 28 November 2026).

Haus of Lucy is one of a generation of 80s kids raised on nuclear dread. She blames watching Threads aged 12. Forty years later, she still can’t see a rural idyll without imagining a mushroom cloud behind it, so now, "compulsively" [in her words] paints them in, onto pretty scenic plates.
