"Becky 'Bulldozer' Brown" Limited Edition Giclee by Haus of Lucy
Women have always been underrepresented in wrestling. As Haus of Lucy points out, women’s wrestling was only recognised as a professional sport in the UK in 1987, after a decades-long ban. In response, Haus of Lucy created a triptych of three fictional wrestlers who rule the ring.
This is Becky ‘Bulldozer’ Brown, whose signature move was the Double Leg Takedown. Rumour has it she could crush a man’s skull with her thighs.
Part of the Wrestle Room exhibition at Atom Gallery, 10 October – 31 October 2026.
Artist: Haus of Lucy
Medium: Giclée print on Hahnemühle Museum Heritage paper
Dimensions: 21 x 29.7 cm (A4)
